The dance
This is the best I could find on the web. Around 32 seconds in Snoppy does his traditional dance for just a second..which entails him throwing his head back...then all the bunnies start doing his dance. Snoopy did this dance originally because he was happy that it was dinner time. But it is now meant to encompass any event that requires jubilant celebration.
