i just got my laeve.not only laeve,but birthday leave.
my true 18 bitrhday,crnl BEENE had stepped in two days ago as he had done every year for the past three years,"every one new "i was not 21but no one cared.
abbott,renfro,and myself went out on the town,well what kind of out we could do wasent very mutch at all we had some drinks played a round of laser toss.
The withrit was not set up for a land walker,or eEEeeEE eeeeeee
as they would say,the planetary union would use this out post as a rec out post,
yea it is preaty,even breath taking,but the only reason were here haveing it so easy here is because it's so safe here,thats what everyone said.
3/4 through a lap dance my friends got me,the screamer yelled and loud.
we all got up and ran this was no drill it was the real thing, we ran,i was preaty buzzed
and when i came to a juction i sliped and fell,thats when i met navel officer nathan wells,we kindda hit each other at the intersection .we helped each other up, he looked at me,and said TEXAS isaid "sir yes sir" he asked me what vessal i was on i told him the texoma hesaid you wont make it,follow me i yelled at my friends,they ran to me we follow spclst wells to his ship that was 2min away,we ran inside.
he yelled that he was the last,they closed up and rockets blasted.before i could say anything in protest,he got on comms and called the Texoma and called out our names to his counterpart on the other end.then yelled at him the to take off in thirty seconeds and no less,the time to invasion was wrong "what did he say,invasion"i sat and whatched out the forward display "invasion"? what,who where,what i knew was NOW.as he sat a brite light then another then four more untill there was atleast 85 or more pinholes growing,then there they where a shit load of the most crazest ships i have seen.they didnt even slow down for us,lil guys.they came in hard and fast as they past us we turned on the aft veiw what i saw made me cry,weep,wale.
it looked like the were there to plant mushrooms and they unleashed pure hell.that was when i stoped writing home for a year.10 seconds to extenction,thats all it took
10 seconds.i didnt talk for a week,no one made me.

WHAT THE HELL...EVER!
we were at a med sized city named remmlake city on rodina.
the P.U has "liberated" the planet and put a sizable force on it.
well they were not here they were 1278 miles away setting up a beach head,and this task was"no problem" and 20 men and one donut truck should do.
when we got there the city was..well basicly a poorly constructed intercetion, 15 med/small buildings some roads,large croplands,
hell if it wernt for the 4 winged .....bat/rats around and the bright orange plants being harvested it could be a farm in texas.
we got into the middle of i guess a market square,i saw a rag clad human male scurry between two buildings he had a weapon
i yealled GUN.YUP i opened a large can of fuck up when i said that,the srg hit the deploy button and BAM the automated service mule droped the donut and shut down.
there we were 6 men sit smack dab in the middle of town
our complement was 15 miles away holding another township
(pling pling pling pling) a hole clip had just slamed the side
BOOM BOOM a cloud of fire and dust
abbott winked at me ,he was straped in the gun chair hands ready he yealled fuck you bennett your it,then shot i mean POPPED up fast as hell,gun chair blazing.he cleared about 300 rounds then back down
i looked at renfro and said DAMIT FFFUUUCKK IM IT!!!
he laugh at me i walked in the small encloser in ..well a circle
at that moment a frack grenade landded at me feet.
well at that moment i reached down winked at renfro and threw the grenade and said your it.shards of metal flying overhead and renfro cussing and the others laughing at him.we couldent hear abbot yell "all clear"
renfro yelled at me and called me a fucker he hoped up on the top of the donut and unloaded a whole clip into a house.
he got back down we were laughing so hard that i told him he didnt wink and that the all clear had been called,he was still it
a week of desert rashons were forfit,this was a good birthday
