Questions about EarthCore book

I'm hoping someone can help me. I need to know some of the physical details of the EarthCore book for some research I'm doing, such as how many pages it is, and what the dimensions are of the book. Also, how much was it new? I live in Australia, so it was never published here and I have never seen a copy. I really appreciate any answers anyone can give me. Thanks
